Administrative/Security Manager

Full Time Shaw AFB, SC

TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Job Description:

Responsibilities

The ASM will coordinate deployment travel to include Synchronized Pre-deployment & Operational Tracker (SPOT) orders, Letters of Invitation (LOIs), Country Clearances, VISAs, and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS). The ASM's full time duty location will be onsite at Shaw AFB, SC but travel may be required to countries within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.

Job duties:

• Assists the Training Manager to develop/modify standardized training to meet NOSC mission requirements and monitor NOSC certifications and evaluations.
• Review and validate processes and checklists to ensure they meet prescribed standards and are easily executable.
• Collect and review performance metrics across NOSC functional areas and coordinate with Quality Manager to develop any required improvement strategy.
• Prepare, review, and edit technical reports, briefs, and other documents for accuracy, adequacy and compliance with NOSC standards.
• Coordinate base and facility access for NOSC contractor personnel.
• Conduct mentoring and professional development for government and contractor personnel.
• Coordinate facility requirements for Integrated Test Lab operation and sustainment.
• Assist NOSC functional areas with resourcing, scheduling and other operational support tasks as required.
• Assist Site Lead as required.
• Perform Security Manager duties such as: Gain and maintain Defense Information System for Security (DISS) access to perform daily duties to include but not limited to attending bi-yearly security assistant, assist with DISS visit requests, to include both incoming and outgoing, assist with unit member's foreign travel paperwork and DISS, etc.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in related field and 5 or more years' relevant experience; or 7 or more years of relevant experience AND IT operations/services management.
• ITIL Foundation
• Active TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.
