The owner started as a dispatcher/driver and the operations manager started as a flex driver. (All job offers are contingent on meeting eligibility requirements) What You'll Do: As a Delivery Driver, you will load and unload packages in our company van that can weigh up to 50 lbs. You'll drive our company vehicle, delivering approximately 200+ packages a day to small residential/business areas in a safe and timely manner. Expect to get in and out of the van 25-30 times an hour. Deliver hundreds of smiles to customers every day!
Compensation & Benefits Bonuses: Incentives for qualified drivers Shift Pay bonus = Guaranteed hours
Full Time delivery drivers are typically scheduled for 10 hour shifts 3 to 4 days a week (30 to 40 hours)
Overtime is paid at a rate of time and a half after 40 hours worked in a week.

. NO CDL required. Paid Training : 3 Days of paid Training provided by Amazon along with on the road training by us when you begin. We Will Train You! Previous Experience is a plus but not required.

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements - Eligible to work in the U.S
- Must have a valid driver's license
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD
- 4- panel drug test that DOES NOT SCREEN FOR THC
Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities - Safety! Always drive and operate your delivery vehicle in a safe manner.
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
