Prior experience must include two (2) years in the following: experience with project management tools including JIRA and Confluence; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; applying subject matter expertise and leveraging process improvement techniques to drive change; knowledge re-evaluating opportunity and return on investment in a changing environment; identifies control and exposure points within workflow; understand where errors may occur in the process (has awareness of key controls); awareness of Ops Risk Framework, KRIs and RCSA; experience entering KRIs for the team each week; and manages change programs from inception to delivery, ensuring all appropriate roles and responsibilities are established and the requirements of the change cycle are completed.
