Responsibilities

• This Title / Billing Clerk Assistant position will cover title work at both the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia dealership as well as serve as back up at our Chevrolet dealership.
• Complete the auto sales billing process by processing sales contract, bills of sale, DMV registration and Verify entry for retail & wholesales sales
• Assist Finance with printing of contracts
• Post accounting entries related to all DMV and wholesale transactions
• Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
• Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information
• May assist with accounts payable/receivable
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous auto dealership title clerk experience is preferred but we will train the right person
• Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays and evenings, and last day of the month until all customers are billed
• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a strong plus
• Critical attention to detail and organizational skill is required
• Must be a highly dependable, team player with a good work ethic
• Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to follow established processes.
• Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, computer systems
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
