Job Title: Bar Manager

Reports To: General Manager

Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all bar operations, ensuring smooth, profitable, and consistent service that drives guest loyalty and revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and develop bartenders and barbacks in alignment with our standard of excellence and commitment to growth.
  • Maintain inventory and control costs through effective ordering, vendor negotiation, and minimizing waste.
  • Implement systems and processes that increase speed, efficiency, and guest satisfaction while supporting profitability goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure bar service enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of bar management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L, inventory, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
