Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our close-knit Memphis-area team.

As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in leading treatment programs, supervising RBTs, and guiding families toward meaningful progress. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact while being supported by a team that values your expertise.

This position also offers an exciting opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director role as we continue expanding across the region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance program development and staff training.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
• Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $34.00 – $44.00 per hour
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
