The Experienced Bartender is responsible for preparing high-quality drinks quickly, accurately, and consistently while providing exceptional service to both bar guests and the dining room. This role requires strong cocktail knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy bar with confidence and efficiency.

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to Buck '54 standards and recipes.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver outstanding bar service throughout their visit.
• Take and process drink and food orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain full menu knowledge, including cocktails, beer, wine, and food items.
• Manage tabs, payments, and cash handling with accuracy and responsibility.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Support servers by preparing drink orders promptly and efficiently.
• Change kegs, rotate stock, and assist with inventory as needed.
• Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete all opening, closing, and side-work duties assigned by the Bar Manager or General Manager.
• Other duties as needed

• Prior bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong cocktail-making skills and familiarity with common spirits and drink builds.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs, including changing kegs.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Spanish not required, but the ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking kitchen staff is a plus.
