Job Description:

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Support Business Execution; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Business Execution impact.



• Perform complex administrative support tasks. Provide support on escalated questions. Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 plus years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Ability to execute step-by-step instructions and identify variances



• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills



• Ability to take initiative



• Ability to be successful while taking direction from a variety of people



• Ability to adapt to changes to processes and scripts



• Ability to execute in a fast-paced/high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities



• Intermediate skills and knowledge of: MSP, Excel, Outlook, Word, Octane, SharePoint

Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
