Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative for our company, interacting with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service that enhances customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
• Process orders, forms, and requests accurately using our systems.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
