\n \n What You’ll Do\n
    \n
  • Be on-call 12 hours per day, 4 days a week.
  • \n
  • Willing to accept shifts within 60 miles, across Prescott, Cottonwood, and/or Sedona.
  • \n
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized care.
  • \n
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
  • \n
  • Provide essential personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence.

\n\n What We’re Looking For\n
    \n
  • Minimum of three (3) years paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be actively licensed as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • \n
  • Dementia & end of life experience.
  • \n
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • \n
  • Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
  • \n
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
  • \n
