What you'll be doing day to day As a Retail Carts Co-worker, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers by: Providing friendly and efficient car loading and unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard. Ensuring all physical shopping tools, including carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine, are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours. Ensuring physical shopping tools are filled at closing. Monitoring the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, reporting any IT issues, and removing any unsafe physical stands or tools. Addressing customer needs, resolving issues independently, and escalating matters to a manager when needed. Supporting other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect as needed. Providing a simple and efficient handout experience in FSHO. Ensuring products and equipment are properly staged during Returns. Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff in Click & Collect.
