Join Our Team as a CDL-A Dedicated Local Truck Driver!

Our dedicated local drivers enjoy numerous benefits, including consistent customers and predictable freight loads. Experience reliable pay and manageable hours, making each paycheck a reflection of your commitment and effort!

• Competitive Pay:
  • Average $1,312 weekly / $68,250 annually
  • Starting pay at 56.5 cents per mile
• Drive an average of 2,100 miles per week
• Stop, Loading, and Unloading Pay:
  • Customer loads and straps; $14 for live unloading; $23 per stop for strapping and unstrapping
  • Averaging 9 stops each week
• Receive a flat $25 weekly for a hazmat endorsement
• Earn an additional $25 per hazmat load, with an average of 2 loads per month

Enjoy the following:

• Home every night
• Work Monday to Friday, with start times between 3 and 6 a.m. for approximately 50 hours weekly
• Deliver agricultural products to various customers within Middle Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and occasionally Virginia
• Deliver to distribution centers in Knoxville, TN, and Jackson, TN
• No touch freight; most customers provide live unloading. Some locations feature drop and hook operations, including double drop and hook.

• Must reside within a 75-mile radius
• 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years required
• Must be 21 years or older
• Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement required (or willingness to apply within 30 days and obtain within 90 days of employment)
• No reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years
• No DUI convictions in the past 5 years
• No suspensions or revocations during the last 5 years
• No serious violations within the previous 12 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years

Essential Functions:

• Load freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs)
• Unload freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs)
• Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs)
• Open/Close trailer doors (force requirement: 46 lbs)
• Count freight
• Complete fuel tickets
• Obtain sales leads
• Hook/Unhook trailer (force requirement: 90 lbs, Class A only)
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Drive safely and responsibly
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance
• Enter/Exit a commercial motor vehicle, including accessing the rear of a trailer from ground level
