**$5,000 Sign On Bonus eligible for positions with a 0.6 FTE or higher**

*Essential Functions:*

* Assist the surgeon at the sterile field using the procedure in accordance with established procedures.
* Assist patient and surgeon with procedure/surgery preparation.
* Provide requested instrumentation.
* Assist RN with preparation of patient prior to the procedure in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
* Prepare operating room for procedure to ensure patient safety.
* Ensure all required equipment and instrumentation is available in the room.
* Ensures additional supplies are available as needed. Set up the room based on procedure type.
* Perform post procedure duties in accordance with established guidelines.
* Assist with room turnover, instrumentation and equipment post procedure processing.

*Salary:*

* $32.35/hr - $46.96/hr DOE

*Qualifications:*

* Current Washington State Surgical Technologist registration required.
* Current AHA (American Heart Association) Healthcare Provider BLS required.
* High School diploma or GED required.
* Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program or US military Operating Room training preferred.
