About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech start-up. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within a high-growth fintech or technology company, with a strong understanding of data analytics and credit risk solutions. Key responsibilities for the Chief Revenue Officer include revenue strategy development, sales leadership, go-to-market optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with the product and finance teams. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for innovation. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. The CRO will also be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, provide market analysis and insights, and work closely with the executive team to align on business strategy and goals.
