About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to take on a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the risk department's direction, governance, and execution. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the growth of groups focused on specific projects, particularly in the area of Enterprise Risk. This key position involves leading the Office of Risk Management, including compliance, and working closely with the board's risk and compliance committees. The CRO will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust risk management program, ensuring that risk management practices are effectively integrated at all levels of the organization.
