  • Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree

  • $21.00 - $28.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. The initial offer hourly pay will be between $21.00 - $22.50. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion

  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement benefits

  • A 401k plan after one year of service

  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule

  • Opportunities for career growth within the fields of behavior analysis, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and more

  • A guarantee of a minimum of 30 work hours per week for full-time employees

  • Performance-based promotions, raises, and bonuses
