About The Role
We are part of a well established global business (over 19 years) offering personal growth and leadership development programs . We’re seeking purpose-driven, self-motivated professionals to operate independently and help expand awareness of these programs.
This role is well suited to individuals looking to work remotely with greater control over their schedule and career direction.
Please note: This is not a salaried role. It is a contract opportunity with an income structure based on results and activity . It is not a traditional coaching service. You will be representing educational programs and supporting others on their personal and professional development path.
What You’ll Be Doing
Promoting and marketing personal development and leadership programs through online platforms
Engaging with people who are exploring professional or personal growth
Participating in regular online development sessions and business training
Managing your own workflow and goals with full flexibility
Operating within a global peer network of values-aligned professionals
Ideal Experience & Skills
5+ years in coaching, HR, L&D, education, or similar
Confident communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable with tools like Zoom, email, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Values independence, lifelong learning, and meaningful work
Resides in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, or Canada
