Part code enforcer, part construction pro our CodeInspectors keeps Branson's growth safe, sound, and up to spec.
From blueprints to final inspections- you're the sharp eye that keeps Branson built right!

What You'll Do:

• Inspect construction sites for code compliance in all building disciplines.
• Review and verify plans, permits, and construction documents.
• Ensure quality, materials, and workmanship meet city standards.
• Keep accurate inspection records and reports.
• Represent the City with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp eye for safety.

. What do you have to have to be considered?

• A High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in construction trades.
• Be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be someone who brings integrity, initiative, and a strong work ethicplus the ability to work independently.
• Great communication, strong organization, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Graduation from an accredited technical school program
• Prior building/code inspection experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $20.66per hour and will increase to $21.48per hour after 6 months of successful probation.
