Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to investor clients. Collaborate with senior agents to achieve business and career goals. Contract and advise clients on development and execution of real estate investment strategies. Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions and market comparables. Market exclusive listings to qualified buyers. Prospect new client relationships and referral sources. Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sale agreements. Participate in training and ongoing skill development workshops. Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends. Attend networking and industry events and build professional connections.
