We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with the company’s values and goals. This role involves working closely with multiple departments and supporting strategic initiatives through effective communication planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
Write, edit, and proofread company materials, including reports, announcements, and documentation
Coordinate with teams to ensure message consistency across all channels
Prepare presentations, press releases, and briefings
Assist in organizing company meetings and public events
Track communication metrics and provide reports on performance
Maintain and update company documents and communication tools
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field
2+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or content role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication platforms
