IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.
IKEA Purchasing Services (US) Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is part of our Supply Area Americas region which also has an office in Mexico City, Mexico and Curitiba, Brazil, and is a subsidiary of the Inter IKEA Group.
Job DescriptionYou will contribute to the co-worker experience by ensuring that our co-workers receive the total rewards offer (compensation and benefits) on time with high quality. You will be responsible for processing payroll bi-weekly for our King of Prussia, PA office. You will be the first point of contact for all payroll-related queries, providing support and guidance to co-workers and other stakeholders for payroll questions and/or guide them to the responsible colleague in P&C when needed. You will also lead tax compliance, compensation review, international/domestic mobility, and other total rewards-related audits.
