About the Career Opportunity  

Pegasus is considering Corporate Operations Manager level candidates with 5+ years of relevant industry experience to support the firm’s operations in Los Angeles. The Corporate Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations for the firm in collaboration with executive leadership. The Corporate Operations Manager will also be involved in a regular cadence of operations committee meetings led by the firm’s C-Suite. The Corporate Operations Manager must demonstrate a genuine desire to gain increased exposure to, and build a career in, the commercial real estate advisory services industry.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, legal counsel and regulatory bodies to support business objectives.
  • Lead recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, collaborating with management to attract and retain the highest quality professionals.
  • Design, implement, and refine policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize business processes.
  • Evaluate available technology and automation tools to enhance productivity and improve internal systems and processes.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight across finance, human resources, marketing, information technology, and administrative functions to drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate on the corporate finance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal discipline and operational sustainability.
  • Oversee and ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to support a high-performing workforce.
  • Provide executive leadership with insightful performance analyses, key operational metrics, and strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and drive growth.

Education and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, required.
  • MBA or advanced degree, preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in operations, finance, or business management.

 

Relevant Skills and Experience

  • Strong ability to set priorities, establish goals, and drive processes with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation within complex corporate environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Track record of delivering consistent, high-caliber operational outcomes.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, evolving, and team-oriented settings.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, problem-solving, and execution of key business initiatives.
  • Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and urgency in achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required.
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow HR and Payroll software, preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Tableau, CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in evaluating and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions, preferred.
