Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and dedicated CrossFit Level 1 Coach to join our team and inspire our community of fitness enthusiasts. If you love coaching, have a passion for helping others succeed, and are committed to fostering a positive gym culture, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Lead engaging, safe, and effective CrossFit classes for members of all fitness levels.
• Provide individualized coaching and scaling options to ensure every member feels challenged and successful.
• Demonstrate proper technique for CrossFit movements and ensure the safety of all participants.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that builds community and motivates members.
• Assist with gym upkeep, including cleaning and organizing equipment.
• Represent Luna Fitness Studio positively within the local fitness community.
Qualifications:
• CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) certification (required).
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting).
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Previous coaching experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to support your growth as a coach!
Schedule & Compensation:
• Part-time position with flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, or early mornings).
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
