The opportunity

This is a rapidly growing area, offering you opportunities to develop your skills and keep pace with the digital landscape. You will work closely with our clients’ teams, providing insights on how they can innovate and stay competitive in an evolving industry.

As a Salesforce.com Solution Architect, you will lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, managing all project phases from discovery to deployment. You will serve as the main client contact to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures impacting your work area and possibly broader functions.
• Use judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria for results.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Proficiency in:

• Excellent communication skills, confident leading discussions at all levels.
• Leading discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, including end-to-end implementations and integrations.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce components like APEX, VisualForce, APIs, and the Salesforce platform.
• Configuring Salesforce workflows, approval processes, and custom code specifications.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience, with team leadership.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• Additional certifications and consulting experience.
