Full job description IMMEDIATELY HIRING - Fake 2 Delivery Driver Good Safe Delivery Drivers Wanted Fake 2 is seeking reliable and efficient delivery drivers for our Manchester, NY location. We are looking to hire immediately for a delivery driver position with a MINIMUM of 1 year of commercial experience for route delivery. Do you like to be on the road and work independently? Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Route Full Time Days: 5 days per week Start time: 8:00 AM until delivery completion (about 8 hours) Qualifications: IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) - Must Have at least 1 year of paid verifiable driving experience of 10,000+ lbs vehicle (Box Truck, Step Van) within the last 3 years, not necessary to be driving all day every day as long as some driving was part of the job) 2) - Valid Licenses Required: Standard Driver's License 3) - Legal status to work in the USA 4) - Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, etc. in past 3 years, minor tickets OK) 5) - Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years) 6) - Must be able to pass DOT physical (including drug test) 7) - Must be punctual, energetic, reliable, and honest 8) - Must be at least 21 years of age Please do NOT apply unless you meet the driver requirements listed above. Must have truck driving experience using equal to or larger than a 10,000+ lbs, full-size Box Truck or Step Van. ****This is not for Line haul and does not require a CDL****** Ideal candidates may have previously worked as a delivery driver for FedEx, UPS, Amazon, USPS, DHL, or other delivery driver/courier/local truck driver. Daily Duties include but are not limited to: - Operate your vehicle safely at all times. - Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. - Route size is generally 150 to 200 stops a day, actual number depends on volume. - 100% attempts at all itinerary stops expected every route. - Perform daily safety inspection of vehicle. - Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager. - Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process. - Accurate delivery and pick-up of packages is a must and critical to our success. - Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner. We are a seven-day-a-week operation. Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday. Those with availability to work all days will be given preference. During the holiday season, a six-day work week gives you a chance to make extra pay for the holidays. Work independently and as part of a team.
