We are a dentist recruiting company working with busy dental office that is seeking an associate dentist due to growth and demand. They have a well established patient base already and many new patients per month. Ideally they are seeking a full time dentist but would consider part time as well. There will likely be opportunity to add more days in the future if interested in adding more.
The office is a state of the art one with paperless charting and digital x-rays, and all modern equipment. A dentist has full autonomy to perform whichever procedures he or she likes. They can offer good mentoring and collaboration therefore they would consider a new grad.
They have an amazing staff of hygienists, assistants and front desk, that all work very well together. The staff is very well trained and have a long tenure.
General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist likes to do more advanced procedures such as molar endo or placing implants that is a plus, but they are not required.
Associate Dentist Responsibilities:
Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
Providing dental treatments to patients.
Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
Full clinical autonomy.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
At least a year of experience or a residency
State license to practice dentistry.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
