Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department. Develop and implement comprehensive rehab programs tailored to the needs of patients. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field. Current and valid state license to practice as a therapist. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment.
