About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth with a strong network in the realtor community to drive RentRedi’s customer acquisition through strategic alliances with real estate professionals associations and professionals. This role focuses on building relationships, leveraging marketing partnerships, and positioning RentRedi as a must-have tool for realtors, brokers, and independent landlords.

If you have deep connections in the real estate industry—whether through NAR, brokerage networks, or MLSs, and a knack for marketing, partnerships, and business development, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

✅ Strategic Partnerships & Growth

* Develop, manage, and optimize partnerships with real estate organizations, brokerages, and top realtors to drive customer acquisition.

* Build and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, events, and activations that engage and convert real estate professionals.

* Negotiate and structure partnerships that increase RentRedi’s brand visibility and drive revenue.

✅ Real Estate Community Engagement

* Identify and activate key referral and influencer networks within the real estate industry.

* Represent RentRedi at industry conferences, real estate events, and webinars to build credibility and relationships.

* Develop marketing initiatives that educate and equip realtors to refer RentRedi to landlords and property investors.

✅ Marketing & Channel Optimization

* Leverage real estate marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, sponsorships, paid partnerships) to acquire customers.

* Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, content, and offers that appeal to real estate professionals.

* Track and analyze partnership performance, optimizing for growth and ROI.

Who You Are

✔️ You have deep ties in the real estate community. You may have worked as an agent, broker, coach, or real estate marketer, or partnered with organizations like NAR, large brokerages, MLSs, or real estate associations.

✔️ You’re a relationship builder. You know how to connect, influence, and persuade stakeholders to drive partnerships and referrals.

✔️ You’re a strategic marketer. You understand how to drive adoption, optimize marketing channels, and measure success in a way that aligns with RentRedi’s growth goals.

✔️ You’re execution-focused. You don’t just create strategies—you execute, test, and iterate to maximize results.

Qualifications

📌 7+ years of experience in real estate, partnerships, marketing, or business development.

📌 Proven success in developing and managing high-value partnerships that drive business growth.

📌 Strong marketing knowledge—familiarity with campaign development, brand positioning, and channel optimization.

📌 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.

📌 Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze marketing and referral performance to optimize acquisition strategies.

📌 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Location

Flexible/Remote, with occasional travel as required to maintain the partnership and attend key events.

OTE (On-Target Earnings)

Base Salary: $100K

Variable Compensation: $100k

Performance-based earnings, such as commissions, bonuses, or incentives tied to achieving specific goals
