Job Description
Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating roadside assistance and emergency services for AAA members/Police. They receive inbound calls, assess the situation, and dispatch appropriate service providers such as tow trucks and service vehicles.
Track job progress.
Use computer-aided dispatch systems to keep records and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain records related to daily operations.
Provide information to drivers about the location of accidents and traffic conditions.
Stay calm under pressure and have good organizational skills.
