Insight Global is looking for an EDI Analyst that will be responsible for the oversight and prioritization of future enhancements for ERROW, the Returns reconciliation system. Your daily tasks will include processing load files, identification and resolution of defects, supplier and customer maintenance, periodic audits, and user access requests. You will also be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of EDI 812 transmissions, providing support in conversations with internal and external stakeholders, and other ad hoc requests. Day to Day Responsibilities: Upload Daily / Weekly / Monthly debit memo files from each Reverse Distributor Investigate bugs within ERROW to help IT pinpoint failure points Review various errors within the system and work to resolve them Execute against roadmap to ensure EDI 812 (Credit Memos) are prioritized by our Supplier partners Review transactions on regular cadence to ensure we identify any issues proactively Generate UAT test scripts and organize efforts to ensure enhancements operate correctly Review files from Reverse Distributors to ensure accuracy Understand data structure and provide guidance for the best way for other analysts to access the specified data, as needed Maintain requests via Salesforce within Service Level Provide high level updates for various projects or initiatives, as needed Insight Global
