Job Summary:

The Engine Surveillance Inspector will meticulously follow manufacturer instructions and industry guidelines to conduct inspections on civil aviation engines. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with airworthiness directives and maintaining the highest quality standards in jet engine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections on civil aviation engines.
• Perform borescope inspections and manage engine receiving and inventory.
• Inspect modules, conduct troubleshooting, repair parts, and ensure tools are calibrated.
• Adhere to all FAA regulations and maintain detailed inspection documentation.

Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in jet engine maintenance and inspection.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding OEM manuals and technical data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
