Position Summary: Enterprise PACS Administrator (Senior Systems Business Analyst), in cooperation with Director of Radiology and the imaging informatics team, manages strategic, multi-departmental, multi-specialty imaging projects. Designs, implements and develops or enhances data and workflow solutions; setting and managing goals, timelines and objectives. Supports both IT and clinical business operations with budget modeling and planning, negotiating comprehensive capital expenditures, where appropriate. Serves as liaison between user, clinical and technical vendors, and IT, providing client-based consultative resources to departments and off site facilities. Creation of policies and procedures regarding systems implementation and usage. Plans, negotiates, coordinates and manages system implementations, upgrades and changes, for all imaging services.
