Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epoxy Floor Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in preparing, applying, and finishing epoxy coatings to various commercial and industrial projects. If you take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Clean, grind, shot blast, and repair surfaces to ensure optimal conditions for epoxy application.
• Epoxy Application: Mix and apply epoxy coatings for smooth, even finishes that meet project specifications.
• Custom Designs: Create patterns, color schemes, and custom designs to meet client preferences.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations, making any necessary adjustments.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address concerns professionally.
• Tool Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure readiness for each project.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and contractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in epoxy flooring or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in surface preparation, epoxy mixing, and application techniques.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on producing high-quality finishes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Additional Preferences: Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are a plus.
