Job Description
Results-driven Facilities Project Engineer with 8+ years of experience overseeing capital improvements, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrade projects across commercial and industrial facilities. Proven expertise in managing cross-functional contracted teams, optimizing facility performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Known for delivering high-impact projects on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption. Must have good technical experience concerning building systems and construction/renovation process.
Supervise outsourced capital improvement and maintenance projects including HVAC upgrades, lighting retrofits, roof replacements, and plumbing modernization.
Developed and maintained detailed project schedules, scopes of work, and bid packages using MS Project
Maintain Facilities, Land and Project Documents
Make routine site visits to investment portfolio across North and South Carolina
Participate in cross-functional meetings with finance, operations, and external consultants to align project execution with strategic facility planning goals
