About The Roles We’re seeking multiple Fit Models representing a variety of body types to support our product development process. You’ll participate in regular fit sessions, helping our teams evaluate everything from fabric performance to garment construction. Your feedback will help ensure each piece supports movement, feels comfortable, and reflects our commitment to inclusive, high-performance design. Key Responsibilities Participate in 2–4 weekly fit sessions for activewear prototypes and samples. Try on garments and provide detailed, constructive feedback on fit, comfort, fabric performance, and range of motion. Collaborate with design and product teams to refine garment proportions and ensure quality across sizes and styles. Maintain consistent body measurements as agreed upon to ensure accurate fit evaluation. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication in every session. Qualifications Must-Have: Comfortable wearing form-fitting apparel during fit sessions. Prior experience in fit modeling, product testing, or apparel development. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic movement tests (e.g., squats, lunges, stretches).
