Overview The Project Manager is a key role at PXP, serving as the connection point between clients, agency partners, and internal teams. You will be the hub, a trusted and critical asset, with excellent communication, planning, operational, and organizational skills. You will contribute to content planning, development, business affairs, legal review, production, delivery, and optimization, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. Responsibilities Manage the creation of advertising and marketing content across production phases and through delivery, including design, still and video production, motion post, retouching, and digital asset creation. Maintain close communication and manage relationships with clients, other Publicis Groupe agencies, the PXP studio, and third-party vendors to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction. Create project timelines, keep team and clients on track through all project phases for timely delivery. Ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining work quality and coordinating logistics. Manage resource allocation to ensure productive teams and monitor project burn. Handle monthly job reconciliation and billing in collaboration with PXP Finance. Create and act on bi-weekly hours/budget burn reports. Develop and improve project management workflows for maximum efficiency. Qualifications At least 5 years as a project manager or related role at an agency or production company. Understanding of creative and production services (creative, design, print, image, live action, post, digital). Ability to assess production needs, content production fundamentals, and craft expectations. Strong collaboration skills and experience managing internal creative teams preferred. Proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to maintain composure under stress. Highly detail-oriented and flexible to deliver high-quality work. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient with Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bidding Software.
