Now Hiring: Field Healthcare Consultant (Behavioral Health) Do you have a passion for helping others and a background in behavioral health or human services? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Field Healthcare Consultant (Behavioral Health) to support elderly individuals and people with disabilities in Winnebago County and surrounding areas. Location : Winnebago County, IL (Local travel required) Work Type : Field-based + Remote (home-based between member visits) Pay: The anticipate payrate is between $38-$40/hr. Hourly rate may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT Position Overview: In this role, you’ll use a holistic, person-centered approach to assess member needs, create care plans, coordinate services, and empower individuals to make informed healthcare choices — all while ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with benefit plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home member assessments and care evaluations
• Develop and monitor personalized care plans
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams
• Identify service needs, barriers, and make appropriate referrals
• Use motivational interviewing to support behavior change and engagement
• Document interactions per regulatory and accreditation guidelines
• Escalate any quality-of-care concerns appropriately

✔️ Qualifications: • Required: o Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or Human Services (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Marriage & Family Therapy, etc.) o OR non-licensed Master's level clinician o Must be a resident of Illinois and live near Winnebago County o Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to members’ homes) • Preferred: o 2+ years’ experience in case management, behavioral health, or social services o Familiarity with managed care o Experience supporting elderly and/or disabled populations Perks of the Role:
