This is a 100% onsite role located in North Dallas.

To qualify for this role, you must possess the following:

• You must come from a healthcare recruiting background (staffing industry, corporate/hospital, or other practices).
• High preference for experience specifically recruiting in the anesthesia field.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within healthcare.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both active and passive anesthesia candidates through consistent outreach, college/trade school partnerships, and attendance at anesthesia conferences.
• Must be tech-savvy and have experience using ATS systems, preferably Paycom and/or Monday.com.
• Experience recruiting nationwide and managing a requisition load of 15???20 positions at any given time.
• Must demonstrate emotional intelligence, a professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
