We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Solutions Consultant to join our high-energy team in Naperville, IL. As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, your primary focus will be to enhance client value by:

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting MedPro Disposal’s healthcare compliance solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points, present tailored solutions, and clearly explain contract terms and service offerings.
  • Retention & Expansion: Proactively monitor client accounts, mitigate churn risks, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Resolve client issues efficiently while balancing business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, sales progress, and client feedback.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about healthcare compliance trends, competitive landscape, and industry changes to better serve clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales & Account Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development — healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and skilled in leveraging data for sales strategies.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and close deals.
  • Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and exceed targets.
  • Client Focus: A passion for building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills to address client concerns effectively.
