We're hiring immediately for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to support our warehouse receiving and putaway operations. This role requires operating a high reach forklift along with other powered equipment such as sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work a 4-day workweek, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Operate high reach forklifts to safely put away and retrieve products from racking systems

Perform receiving tasks and accurately scan inventory into system

Use sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack for material movement

Follow all warehouse safety protocols and equipment procedures

Conduct equipment checks and report maintenance needs

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Communicate with team leads and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)

Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment

Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Minimum 1???2 years of recent high reach forklift experience

Experience using sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks

Familiarity with receiving and putaway processes

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout shift

Strong attention to safety and operational procedures

Comfortable working at height in racking systems
