Independent Contractor Cleaner (1099)

Clean Route Cleaning Services– Charleston, SC (Contract)

Clean Route is looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. We provide residential and short-term rental cleaning services in Charleston and surrounding areas. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, work independently, and deliver high-quality results to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services
• Follow client and company checklists for quality assurance
• Bring your own basic cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients
• Arrive on time to each scheduled job

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional residential/commercial or rental cleaning experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must provide proof of general liability insurance
• Must supply own cleaning equipment and products
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Consistent punctuality and dependability

Pay & Schedule:

• $20-$30 per hour, based on job type and performance
• Flexible scheduling – part-time or full-time hours available
• Expected hours between 5-30 per week
• Weekly payments via direct deposit
• Opportunity for client tips and performance bonuses

Supplemental Pay Opportunities:

Schedule:

• Create your own work schedule
• Jobs available throughout Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas

Notice: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will be fully responsible for your own insurance, taxes, and legal obligations.
