  • Partner with Accounting team to process bi-weekly payrolls.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years experience in a HRIS role (analyst or specialist), with at least 1+ year directly supporting Paycom and with a strong focus on hands-on configuration and support across modules.
  • Direct experience with multiple Paycom modules such as Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Cloud Connect for Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Help, and Studio.
  • Proven track record of leading or supporting Paycom-specific projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience managing Paycom system enhancements and third-party integrations, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Paycom reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support a fast moving HR function.

This position has an expected salary of $70,000 - $85,000.
