About the Company - Insight Global is looking for an HR Recruiter for an Oil and Gas client located in Midland, Texas. This is a hybrid role within the HR and Talent Acquisition department, with 3 days working onsite and 2 days working from home. This person will be working alongside three other recruiters and reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, and this person will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate should be able to actively and passively identify top high-performing talent and have an ability to attract that talent to the organization.
