We are looking for an experienced concept artist that has both digital and hand drawn capabilities to join our established Design Team. This role will work independently on original concepts and will take creative direction and feedback in order to achieve a planned creative vision.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Illustrator/Concept Artist is to create original 2D digital and traditional art concepts, illustrations and designs that are stylistically in-line with the Warren Lotas LLC branding and aesthetic.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Creative Director, Head of Design, artists and other Design Team members to understand the project, design and finished product
• Create original, clear, dynamic, and marketable concepts in line with Warren Lotas LLC’s artistic style
• Create accurate designs based on prompts and visual reference provided by Creative Team
• Revise projects as necessary based on feedback given from Creative Director, Head of Design and design team members
• Research and study Warren Lotas LLC’s art catalog and past releases in order to have better understand of brand and its artistic style
• Ensure utmost quality & style of the project is achieved
• Meet project objectives and timelines
• Performs other duties as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Portfolio demonstrating foundational art skills (drawing, painting and rendering, perspective, composition, color theory, design, life drawing skills, and 2d techniques)
• Strong anatomy skills with ability to render realistic human, skeleton, facial expressions, animals and creatures
• Ideation, brainstorming and documentation skills
• Hand drawn illustration skills required
• Digital Illustration skills required: Procreate, Corel Draw, or other illustration softwares
• Other preferred softwares: Photoshop, Illustrator,
• Time management and prioritization skills - ability to work quickly and know when it’s more important to prioritize quality and time accordingly
• Strong attention to detail
• Receptive to creative direction and constructive criticism and ability to seamlessly implement feedback
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a way that is effective and considerate
• Ability to work independently on an assignment without supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/tablet
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to lift or move up to 15 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
