The Role:

The potential candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic R&D Center, collaborating with expert teams to create great products in video conference cameras and web camera categories. Passion for design and development is the key, this includes creating and testing solutions to meet design goals.

  • Participate in the development of Camera Image Processing algorithms such as Noise Reduction, Sharpening, Tone Mapping, and Scaling.
  • Participate in the implementation of image Processing algorithms in GPU

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
  • Candidates pursuing Graduate degree of EECS ( Electrical Engineering & Computer Science), or equivalent with concentration in image processing will also be considered if they can demonstrate a strong theoretical background in this field
  • Extensive experience in image and video signal processing, including ISP (Image Signal Processing) and computer vision algorithms.
  • Strong debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently in both software and hardware environments.
  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
  • Knowledge and experience in image quality assessment techniques, including metrics for evaluating image fidelity, sharpness, and color accuracy.
  • A strong curiosity, self-motivation, and a passion for solving complex, open-ended challenges.
  • Comfortable navigating the uncertainties and dynamic nature of early-stage product development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
  • GPU programming
  • Camera software in Android.
  • Understanding in Digital video
  • Personality is organized, attentive, and Easy-going.
  • Being interested in design and technology is of particular interest.
  • You like photography!

Education:
  • Recent graduate or current Junior/Senior pursuing a college degree in a related field.

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $30.00 hourly- $44.00 hourly commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled.
