Now Hiring: Industrial Painters – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: McConnellsburg, PA

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift:11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay:$22.75 – $26.40/hour (based on experience and paint test)

Key Responsibilities

• Apply primer, paint, and touch-ups using spray equipment and brushes
• Mask, unmask, and prep parts to meet exact specifications
• Perform light bodywork and clean/condition parts before painting
• Mix paints to correct color, consistency, and viscosity
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment
• Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing for a professional finish
• Conduct quality checks throughout the painting process

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred
• Familiarity with spray equipment, masking, and paint mixing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
