✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Design Assistant who’s passionate about interiors, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a luxury design environment. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for someone who loves art and design, thrives in a collaborative setting, and wants to learn the language of high-end interiors.

You’ll support showroom operations, assist with client presentations, and contribute to creative projects—from mosaic layouts to visual merchandising.

 

️ Responsibilities

• Assist with showroom upkeep, sample organization, and visual displays
• Support design events, product launches, and vendor meetings
• Contribute to creative layouts and material selections
• Help prepare client presentations and mood boards
• Collaborate with the team on showroom styling and seasonal refreshes

 

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience or interest in interior design, CAD, or SketchUp (a plus)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A collaborative spirit and eye for detail
• Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Manage project Documentation
• Organize Material Library
• Communicate with clients
