Inventory & Fleet Services Manager - Lead the Charge at Perma-Seal!
Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for efficiency, innovation, and making a real impact? Perma-Seal is searching for a dynamic Inventory & Fleet Services Manager to oversee our warehouse, fleet, and building maintenance teams. This pivotal role ensures our Tribe has everything they need to deliver exceptional service while supporting our mission to Make the World a Better Place.
What You'll Do: Inventory Management:
- Keep our inventory accurate, stocked, and ready to roll with seamless tracking and audits.
- Develop systems to maintain precision and prevent loss. (Bonus points for Fishbowl experience!)
Purchasing Expertise:
- Build strong vendor relationships to negotiate the best deals on materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet procurement needs.
Loss Prevention:
- Implement strategies to minimize shrinkage, secure assets, and promote accountability.
Fleet Services:
- Manage our fleet's maintenance, compliance, and optimization to keep our vehicles safe and reliable.
Building Maintenance:
- Lead the team ensuring our corporate facility stays functional, safe, and welcoming.
Leadership:
- Coach, support, and inspire warehouse, fleet, and maintenance teams to align with Perma-Seal's core values and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
What You Bring: - Proven leadership in inventory management, fleet services, or facilities maintenance.
- A knack for organization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to lead diverse teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Expertise in procurement, vendor management, and cost control.
- Knowledge of safety regulations for warehouse, fleet, and building operations.
Pay Range: - $80,000 - $90,000 per year
