About the Role:

As a Janitorial Subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. You will work independently or as part of a team, managing your time effectively to meet cleaning schedules and client expectations. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Must have valid General Liability Insurance for your business
  • Must agree to a service agreement before obtaining contracts/ jobs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in cleaning techniques or safety procedures.

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.
