The Clinical Laboratory Manager oversees daily operations, staff management, and compliance for clinical laboratory testing at a high-volume diagnostics lab. They develop and implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to optimize laboratory performance and client service levels. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, certification (ASCP or AMT), experience in clinical diagnostics, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Manager to join our team at Prisma Health T uomey Hospital in Sumter, SC . This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of the clinical laboratory testing for the Clinical lab (Core, Blood bank & Micro). The Laboratory Manager will create, implement, and manage the policies, procedures and practices for optimal performance of the clinical diagnostics laboratory. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (between the hours of 7a - 5p); flexibility required
